NEW PROPERTY/COMMUNITY MANAGERS OF PROPERTIES SERVICED BY LG&P SECURITY:
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PROPERTY OWNER(S) AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO INFORM NEVADA SECURITY SERVICES OF CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY. A SECURITY REPRESENTATIVE WILL MEET WITH THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER/OWNER TO DISCUSS TERMS AND CONDITION OF SERVICES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW MANAGER/OWNER. THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER/OWNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A NEW SERVICE AGREEMENT OR SERVICE UPDATE FORM.
LOCK-UPS & UN-LOCKS:
LOCK-UPS AND UN-LOCKS ARE NORMALLY CONDUCTED WITHIN A 60 MINUTE TIME FRAME DUE TO THE NUMBER OF LOCKUP REQUESTS AT THE SAME TIME. LOCK-UPS AND UN-LOCKS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER/ROAD CONDITIONS, CALLS FOR SERVICE (DISTURBANCES, SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, ETC.), AND PATROL OFFICER AVAILABILITY.
