POLICE-FIRE-MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Any and all calls relating to, involving, or pertaining to physical violence, domestic abuse, weapons of any sorts, or anything else that would require the urgent and immediate attention from police-fire-medical personnel will be reported to local law enforcement. You may contact security dispatch to inform us of the situation for reporting and/or surveillance assistance but NVSS Security Agents will not respond to calls involving violence and/or weapons.

RESPONSE TIMES:
Response times are based on call volume, severity of security issue, weather/road conditions, traffic, construction, and security availability. NVSS abides by all local, state, federal traffic laws.
